This guide provides detailed information on registering, upgrading and managing products in the TLGeo ecosystem through GeoCloud.

TLGeo Products Overview

The TLGeo ecosystem includes 3 main products:

Geocollect 📱

Field data collection app

  • Platform: Mobile (iOS/Android) and Web
  • Purpose: Survey, field data collection, GPS tracking
  • Integration: Real-time sync with GeoCloud

Flight Planner 🚁

Drone flight planning tool

  • Platform: Desktop and Web
  • Purpose: Mission planning, flight path optimization
  • Integration: Import/export with Geocollect and GeoCloud

Geodesktop 💻

Professional desktop GIS software

  • Platform: Windows, macOS, Linux
  • Purpose: Advanced GIS analysis, map production
  • Integration: Full integration with GeoCloud workspace

Product Status

Active (Green)

  • Product working normally
  • Full features according to subscription
  • Real-time data sync

Expiring Soon (Orange)

  • ≤ 30 days until expiration
  • Need to renew to avoid interruption
  • Automatic email notification

Expired (Red)

  • Service temporarily suspended
  • Data preserved for 90 days
  • Need to renew immediately to restore

Not Registered (Gray)

  • Product not yet activated
  • Shows “Register” button
  • Demo version may be available

  • Flight time: 20 hours/month

Professional Plan

  • Projects: 20 active projects
  • Flight time: 100 hours/month
  • Maps: High-res imagery + terrain
  • Export: All formats including DXF
  • Weather integration: Real-time data

Enterprise Plan

  • Projects: Unlimited
  • Flight time: Unlimited
  • Maps: Custom imagery sources
